Sightings Spring 2025 – March 2025

Regular sightings for March 2025.

March is the month where everything changes. Expect life at the Salt Marsh to pick up with arrivals of Red-winged Blackbirds, early migrants such as the Eastern Phoebe, and the annual March arrival of the Great Egret. Winter forest life will continue with continuing hawks and owls. Woodpeckers will thrive in the seasonal change. See March 2024 for comparison and what to expect.
