Sightings Fall 2025 – October 2025
Sightings of common and migratory birds for October 2025. Birds expected this month in Inwood Hill Park and Sherman Creek Park include kinglets, Carolina Wrens, Hermit Thrushes, migrating warblers, White-throated Sparrows, and Dark-eyed Juncos.
Park regulars such as Northern Cardinals, American Robins, Blue Jays, and woodpeckers will likely be present. Raptor activity should increase. The Great Blue Herons may continue at the Salt Marsh.

By the end of the month, look for wintering birds such as Tufted Titmouse and Black-capped Chickadees.
